Human rights reconsideration IS96 notice received

Hi

I received IS96 notice this week to report and also written I am liable to be detained as well.

Wrote to MP to chase HO coz my reconsideration application was outstanding from quiet long time. Last year received capita letter to provide circumstances and which we did response within time.after that we wore to MP last year and advised our application is in process and then I left it and again I wrote to MP to cause and then This notice comes up.

Got 2 kids both born here going school over 6 and 4 years of age.

Solicitors advised to go for signing or ignore it.they will send u letter again but cannot detained as application is outstanding and got kids.

Anyone can advise on this please if someone aware of this sort of circumstances and what normally they ask when u go for signing.

Thank you for your relply.

We applied on human rights art8 basis back in 2010 and then after one it was refused.
We applied for reconsideration then which is still outstanding.capits letter was received in jan last year to provide current circumstances which we did.

I am here since 12 years and wife came here in 2007 as student dependant then we applied flr(o) as advised earlier. Both kids born here and school going.

Now received IS96 after chasing MP to report or can be detained. Hope this will helps to advise me.

i can advise you from experience,just keep reporting.and wait for your 6 year old to turn 7 and or 8.the 7 year rule is now slim.just hold on cos where you are going to is closer than where you are coming.ok!its tough but remember it could have being worst.so hold and keep managing.study the word of God for encouragement.isaiah 61 v 7
