Is RoR required by law

Hi. I am an EEA family member.been married since 2010.residence card issued 2011. Been having problems lately and wife(EEA national) is thinking of divorce. If that should happen am I required by law to apply for RoR or I can straight away apply for PR next year when my 5 year period will be over

Don't make more than one member id because it affects the quality and standards of forum.

The OP has only got one user id. The other member you are referring to and where you made the same comment also only has one user id. Probably just a coincidence of two successive posts by different users which are similar.
