Spouse as general visitor visa

Hi all,
I am waiting for my ILR decision for last 8 months. Meanwhile, my wife is coming into UK as a general spouse visa. Can I switch/apply for her as to spouse visa if I get my decision while she is inside UK providing I fulfill all the other requirements?

Do you mean general visitor visa? Has she applied and received it already?

A person in the UK on a visitor visa is not permitted to switch to any other category of visa. So the answer is no, she would have to return to her home country and apply for a spouse visa from there.
