hi every one
i have a girlfriend and she is an asylum seekers . I have indefinite leave to remain statues and i want to marry her. please could you help me if i can? and how? will it be affect on her case process ?

no she dent have her own passport and she got the her first refusal from court .

If you are planning to marry in the UK, you might face some difficulties.

1. She doesn't have her passport, so cannot prove her right to be in the UK to register to marry.

2. 28 days notice has to be given to the approved Registrars of your intention to marry. The Registrar has an obligation to notify HO of marriage requests for non_EU nationals. The 28 days could be extended to 70 days and HO can investigate/interview/make enquiries etc.
