Hello
I got emails saying that they sponsor tier-2 VISA, based on my IT background.
They just sent me email, without their phonenumber/companywebiste information.
They inform me that they charge 7500 UK pounds for tier-2 VISA sponsorship.
How do I react to this situation?
Regards
Sham

Hi - that's a lot of money and it is not legal to be sponsored that way.

The person who sent email has said that, he would provide permanent position in a company.
Not sure, how reliable he is?
Is there any other reliable approach for getting a sponsorship and then apply for TIER-2 VISA?
Am new to this world.

This is the email I received from "

Need to pay 50% of sponsorship cost to become our client .
Its a Tier 2 general visa.
5 years visa
15% to 25 % of your monthly income you need to pay the company for maintain your records.
You need to search a job and join a company within 3 months. Other wise company withdraw your sponsorship.
Total fee £10,000 .
50% of fee need to pay starting the process. 50% after getting visa.
If you can pay £10,000 at a time we can give you ticket and visa fee for one person.
Is this the right approach to follow?

NO NO NO and NO. First sign it's a scam: the grammar. Second sign it's a scam: the fact that you have to PAY to be employed. This is not legal!!!

It may be very tempting but it is a bloody scam - run as fast as you can away from it.

Apply for vacancies for real jobs at actual companies that you will work directly for. The UKVI don't care that this is nearly impossible in the IT industry. Truth is, there are out of work IT workers who are already settled and I think the UK is not very keen on 'importing' more.

Apply for jobs with companies who are on the approved sponsor list, see
here (Click)
DO NOT be tempted to go for an umbrella company, it is not permitted on Tier 2 G.
