Tier 2 ICT dependants

Hi,

I am currently eligible for ILR through 5 Years route from my current Tier 2 ICT, which I have from Jan 2010. Mine will be straight forward case for ILR but I got some clarifications for my wife & son, who came into UK by Nov '12 & Nov '14 respectively.

We currently hold Company sponsored visa until Nov '15. I am planning to apply for my ILR and I have read some of the topics discussed on FLR(M) and FLR(FP). What I understood from what I have read is, I can apply for their current PBS extension and should not go for FLR (M) or (FP) as it will reset the counter.

1. Please confirm if the above said is correct? If not, which one I should go for?
2. Since the PBS is currently Company sponsored, can I be sponsor for her PBS dependent extension now?

1. Yes, continue to extend their PBS Dependent visas. As Tier 2 ICT dependents, they are exempt from paying the IHS Surcharge. If you switch to FLR(M), it is £500 each, so £1000 on top of the visa fees).

2. Complete the PBS Dependent form yourself, your company doesn't need to do anything and would not be involve in their applications.
