Maintenance funds required for General Visit Visa

Hi Immigration Guru's,
Currently I am on Tier2 General Visa and my visa do expires on 20/04/2017. I would like to bring my mother from india to uk on general visit visa during the times of coming december ie around 15/12/2015 as my baby is due to born on 1/1/2016. Can some one please suggest me the exact amount of money in gbp that I need to maintain in uk and for how long(ie for how many months)do I need to maintain???
also the exact amount of money(in INR) that I need to maintain in INDIA in my mothers account and for how long(ie for how many months)do I need to maintain???

You don't need to show 'maintenance fund' as she is not applying as your dependent. She needs to show evidence and proof of her circumstances in her home country and what ties she has there to convince the ECO that she will leave the UK. She will need to show her income, property papers, other family, husband, etc.
