Appendix 1 or 2 for VAF4A form for Child visa from India

Dear Guru,

I am planning to bring my daughter in the UK. At the moment she is around 13 years old. I am in the process of filling the application form VAF4A but I am not sure about which appendix 1 or 2? it is confusing to me. most probably appendix 1 if I am not wrong but still i want to make sure it.

About my visa: I came to UK in September 2007 on student visa, then PSW and then Tier 2 general visa (all these known as Limited Visa according to UKVI). Two weeks ago i got ILR. I am a single parent for for her.

Any help would be appreciated!
