Let's just say my uni can no longer reissue my certificate (i graduated in 1990) and even a letter of confirmation will take at least 6mos for them to send.
I'm originally from the Philippines and moved to the US in the early 90s. Have been a permanent resident/greencard holder since then until I moved here in 2007. Having said that, can my residency in the US exempt me from taking the KOLL?CR001 wrote:You don't say what your current nationality?
