trapped by changing rules, please help

Post by zulmai » Sat Aug 29, 2015 11:38 pm

Hi
I came to UK as tier 4 student and completed my MBA degree. After the PSW period i got admission in MPhil in one of the highly trusted colleges which had affiliation with an European University. I got visa after attending interview but the college got suspended and then recently Got revoked for some administrational issues. Due to this problem i won't be able to complete my course. I applied in different Universities but they didn't accept my application probably because of the status of my college. I wanted to do PhD eventually but looks like i am stuck now .
I haven't got the curtailment letter yet. I have been here in UK legally from the last 9 years and now have no clue what to do.
Can some one kindly suggest me that what should be my next step.?
Am i elegible to apply for ILR or FLR M, if not than how can i be able to ?
I will really appreciate you help
many thanks
P.S. : i have changed my address so how can i inform HO about it, some one told me that you can do it online, you don't need to fill any form or write any letter to HO.
please let me know the name of the website where i can update my address

ILR under Long residence requires 10 years legal residence.

If you are married or in a civil partnership with a settled/British citizen or have lived with him/her in a relationship akin to marriage for at least two years, then you may apply to remain with him/her in the UK, assuming you satisfy the financial requirements, etc.
