Permanent residence

I am an EU national who is living and working in UK for about 6 years , i just received my Permanent residence document from home office?
I have few questions please i need some one to answer me ...
1/ why the residence document what i received without expired date ? when i do need to renew it please ?
2/ what rights i have now as a EU person who is living in UK with permanent residence document ?
3/ in witch cases i might lose this document ?
4/ UK is planning to leave EU next year 2016 , what will change for us as EU nationals in UK , will we keep our right to stay in UK or we should to leave too ?

It is permanent, it does not expire. No need to renew it.

Same a British citizens but without the British passport

3/ in witch cases i might lose this document ?
You lose permanent residency if you are away from the UK for 2 years or more.

4/ UK is planning to leave EU next year 2016 , what will change for us as EU nationals in UK , will we keep our right to stay in UK or we should to leave too ?
No, the UK is holding a referendum for a vote on leaving the EU. It will not be leaving the EU next year. It will take a long time to sort out the technicalities if the UK decides to leave the EU. You are unlikely to lose any rights to stay here IF the UK leaves the EU.
