CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES.

Hello
I have recently changed my name and got new passport. My name on old passport was ,
GIVEN NAME : Firstname surname
Surname : ___________(blank)
By BRP Says name as "Firstname surname"( In top row)
___________________________________________________________
PASSPORT DETAILS changed to
Given Name: Firstname
Surname : surname
Same apply to my wife passport as well. she added my surname in her passport.
I have got many questions.:
1. Do i need to apply for new replacement BRP?
2. My wife got sticker on his old passport. Do she need to apply for BRP for her as well. ???
3. Do i need to feel change of circumstances or TOC Form.??

Hi For NI number you can fill online detail to HMRC and they will change it for you, link is

for change of name I am not sure. I still need to do that.
