New Application in UK Help regarding new rules

Hi,

Really hope someone can help.

So I'm ready to submit my application for my wife who is in Pakistan and i am a British citizen, i understand i have to send the paperwork to Sheffield now however what i dont know is what my wife needs to submit, several different people have said different things but what i want to know is -

- Does she need to send me her original English cert., TB test and Marriage certificate for me to submit to Sheffield? Is the only thing that she should be submitting in Pakistan be her original passport?

- Secondly does she need to send me passport sized photos that i need to submit? I've been told she has to but cant find this anywhere on any official sites.

Is there anything else i should be aware of or that i need my wife to send me from Pakistan to submit my case.

What are you actually applying for ? (- visa or naturalisation ?)

On the relevant application form & accompanying guidance notes there should be a checklist of what documents/evidence to send.
Have you checked that ?

Assuming you are applying for a spouse settlement visa for your wife. As you already know, the application process has changed.
