Tier 2 premium service - general URGENT

Hello, could anyone asssist me in this?

Im currently holding a tier 4 visa which will expire on the 30th of september 2015.
Currently, I''m still waiting for my company to receive the license for cos. Any ideas how long will it take and is there any possible ways to let ukiv to know my current situation so that they could quicken up the licensing process? I just read thru a few post that a cos letter may not be applicable if u have a cover letter from the company? Is it alright or a cos letter will be more appropriate?

And Im confused with 'Your stay must start no more than 14 days before the start date on your certificate of sponsorship.' Is it going to effect my application? And im planning to go for the premium service application.

Im planning to apply my tier 2 visa (general) using the premium service (switching from a tier 4 visa). As I was reading thru the forum, most of it is for ILR. My plan is to just apply for the working visa for 5 years and not the permenant resident hence I dont need to do the life in the uk test. Am I still eligible to do the premium service?

And isit correct that I can book my appoinment dates online as I notice that previously, the online appoinment was unavailable? And an offline email is to be sent instead. Isit still the case?

Sorry for the long queries as I am confused with all sorts of legal requirement. Would appreciate if anyone can respond back asap. Thank you

Yes, you can apply for premium service.

No you do not need LIUK and you also don't likely don't qualify for permanent residence anyway at this stage so not sure why you mention it or think you do.

Has your company completed RMLT or do they still have to that once they get the license?

You need a COS to apply for the Tier 2 G visa?

Why have you left it so late to start this process?

Could you not have found a sponsor who is on the approved list, rather than a company who still need to get approval for a sponsor license?

HO won't speed up their processes just because your visa is expiring in two weeks. They will follow due process. Your circumstances are irrelevant.

My company has already completed the RMLT process. So basically it's just waiting for the license to be approved.

Yes I do. Unrestricted cos.

The problem is my company had submitted the license application 1 month ago but was not replied until last week. And was told that they need further documents. And my company had resend back the documents the next day after the respond. So I assume that it can be done quickly since its currently being reviewed.
