Tier 2 Premium Service application online

Hello, I would like to apply my tier 2 visa using the premium service. Which of the three is the correct method of application?

1. Is it thru this link: https://apply.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/se ... STATE=true

2. Or https://apply.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/ia ... formList#t

3. Or apply thru the beta trial service: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... r2-general

If I were to fill up the forms provided, where can I book my appoinment date?

If you are applying from Inside UK,
You need to apply through https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... r2-general

During the process of application, you will be asked to pay for IHS.
Towards the end of application, you will have the option to select the Premium service and pay the appropriate fee.

You will also need to fill in and take the paper application :-

I would like to know, am I still eligible for premium service if I apply after my visa expire on the 30th of september? Just because the appointment dates are currently full.

You should apply before your visa expires. Have you tried to find appointments at all the premium centres?
