Hi everyone,

I googled for this website - as I need some advice.

I came to UK on Tier 2 visa in July 2014, found my partner and recently got married. She is currently on ILR status, is there any way I can share her status? I mean getting ILR? I am currently working though for the same company.

P.S. the only reason to get ILR is the restriction of me to work for the same employer.

Any help please?

No, you cannot get ILR because she has it.

What you can do is switch to a spouse visa, form FLR(M) which will be a new 5 year route (2 x 2.5 year visas + health surcharge) before you qualify for ILR on form SET(M).
