Application for Naturalisation Queries

Hi,
I am now eligible for citizenship based on last 5yr on tier 1 and 1 yr on ILR.
1) I came on student visa in Sep 2006 and since Nov 2007 to March 2009 I was working full time as it was my holiday period and I was awaiting result.
Will that be an issue?

2) I am contracting currently and employee as well as director of my limited company. Which option do I need to select on the form and what document do I need to submit?

Were you working full time on a tier 4 student visa during a 'holiday' period of 1 year and 5 months?

Yes. It was not Tier 4 student visa. It was just student visa initially and then my extension was saying Residence permit.

I was working full time during that time as it was holiday period as I was awaiting my results.

If you read this sentence you wrote, it sounds like you only had a Tier 4 till 2009 and worked full time. 1 year and 5 months is excessive for a 'holiday' on Tier 4.

Please provide your full immigration history/visa status etc.

Thanks for your reply.
Initially I was given Student visa from Sep 2006 to 31Jan 2008.But my college did not declared the result by Jan 2008. Instead they declared the results in Nov 2008. So college gave me extension letter and I got my visa extended from Feb 2008 to Sept 2008 and then Sep 2008 to April 2009.

Meanwhile as I was waiting my results I was allowed to work full time so I started doing a job from Nov 2007 to March 2009. And in March 2009 I applied for Tier 1 visa.

I have tier 1 visa from May 2009 till May 2014 and then 1 yr ILR. I am applying on the basis of 5yr Tier1 and 1 yr ILR.
