Tier 2 General Visa application fees including dependent

Hi,

I would really appreciate if someone could let me know visa application fees for Tier2 General, I have received COS from my employer. I am going to apply it along with mt spouse and 3 years daughter.

Are you applying from India?
Am in same boat & need someone to discuss few things
