sponsorship declaration form

Post by prasad394 » Tue Sep 29, 2015 9:49 am

Hi All,

I am sponsoring my wife for a visitor visa. I got a sponsorship declaration form drafted by a solicitor in which we said her stay will be upto a period of three weeks. Now if my wife wants to stay for a whole month, do I need to get this form changed ? She is applying for a 6 month visa with multiple entry anyway. Would the declaration form be a problem, given the travel plans ?

Regards,
Prasad

You don't need an official 'sponsorship declaration form' for a visitor visa. What is your nationality? What is your wife providing as strong ties to home country?
