FLR (M): application questions.

Post by Lorena2008 » Wed Oct 07, 2015 10:14 am

Dear all,

I need a help. I have booked appointment at premium service centre and at the moment I'm in the process of filling out the application form.

Finance support: I would like to apply with both my and my husband salary. He is working full time (I will submit his payslips for the last 6 months) and I'm on a temporary contract working via agency for over 1 year. I want to give my bank statements and a letter from the agency confirming my employment. Will it be OK? or should I also obtain the letter from the company I actually do the work for?

My partner's settlement: he cannot remember exact date as it was more than 15 years ago. Is there any way to obtain the exact date at the home office or should I just put year and month?

Finger prints: do they take them at the premium service centre or in the post office?

Should I also provide the photo and passport of my husband or I can just bring the photocopy?

Thanks in advance for your help.

You can use combined income. If you submit a letter for yourself, it needs to be from whoever pays your wages.

My partner's settlement: he cannot remember exact date as it was more than 15 years ago. Is there any way to obtain the exact date at the home office or should I just put year and month? Is your husband British or on ILR? Month/year should be fine.

Finger prints: do they take them at the premium service centre or in the post office? Biometrics will be take as part of your appointment on the day.

Should I also provide the photo and passport of my husband or I can just bring the photocopy?Your husband needs to attend the appointment with you and you need his passport. If he is not able to attend the appointment with you, he will need to write a letter in support of your application and explain the reasons he is not able to attend with you.

He is British now. But the question on settlement refers to ILR, right?
