Curtailed Visa

Hi all,

Can someone with a curtailed Tier 2 visa (due to resignation) still enter and exit the UK until the visa expire?

Are you asking on behalf of someone else??

They will likely face a problem trying to re-enter the UK as the visa is curtailed which means cancelled. The expiry of the visa is irrelevant. There was a recent post of someone who tried to return while in the curtailment period and they were refused entry.
