Tier 2 General Dependent to Tier 2 General

Hiya,

I have came to UK in Dec 2011 in tier 2 ict long term category and stayed in employment. Later my spouse got employment and got tier 2 general in Nov 2014. I have changed to dependent visa couple of months back ( Aug 2015 ). My question is

1. Can I change to Tier 2 General is a sponsor is willing to provide me cos ?
2. Is there any cooling period for me to became main applicant ?
3. Can my wife quit job if required and move as my dependent, once i got T2G ?

Please clarify this queries.

1. Can I change to Tier 2 General is a sponsor is willing to provide me cos ? Yes, but you have to apply from home country
2. Is there any cooling period for me to became main applicant ? Yes, 12 months cooling off from the date you became dependent, i.e. the 12 months starts from your last day as Tier 2 ICT main applicant. I am not sure if it is 12 months outside the UK or if you can remain as PBS Dep in the UK for 12 months.
3. Can my wife quit job if required and move as my dependent, once i got T2G ? Yes
