ILR & Benefits - Spouse and Kids

hi

i got my ilr in 2014 long residency based and my wife and three kid got dependent visa on 5 year rout and they have immigration control (no public fund) ,
my question is can i apply for cbenefit, and CTC , if yes will it effect on their ilr after 5 years according new rules . i read the older post which you mentioned about the 6b, is it still valid or will be valid in coming years.

Child benefit in YOUR name only.

Tax credits in JOINT names with your wife.

No effect on spouse and children visas.

dear sir/ madam

i have come to know that if i have to show income for the wife and child dependent like 18600+each
dependent then i can't apply for child benefit and ctc .

please clarify

It is not £18,600 EACH. It is £22,400pa in total for spouse and 1 child.

You can apply for child benefit and any other benefits which you qualify for.

i am applying for neutralisation application on February 2016 but i just received a pcn traffic will effect on application please guide
