Cooling of period for dependent

Hi there,

I am currently on a tier 2 general visa. I would like to know if my spouse will be subject to cooling of period of 12 months.

She had a tier 2 ICT visa for UK from Feb 2014 to Feb2015. Can she apply for UK VISA as my dependent or she will have to wait until Feb2016 (i.e, 12 months from the expiry of Tier 2 Visa).

She can apply, she is not subject to cooling off period if she applies as your Tier 2 Dependent.
