Here it is a good Infos for those who are not aware about the exception to receive public funds if you are national From the countries listed despite your restriction on public funds on your immigration status

Since I have leave to remain my self and my family we applied to the benefits that we are entitles although no right to public fund own our biometric card

HM revenue awarded some benefit but is refusing others which we are clearly entitled , we haven't claim other then what we have right to but still not getting it . With a help and advise from a welfare officer we sent a reconsideration with a proof of entitlement ( law and guidance , proof of nationality ...) but still nothing . Will this affect our DLR when we claim for another extension ?

Moroccan national and got discretionary leave to remain in 2013 . Lived in Uk since 2003 . Children born in uk lodged application in 2010 and had it outstanding until 2013 . Granted under article 8 human right , family life ( outside the rules ) that's what my lawyer said !!! I recently been informed that I should have been granted under old rules since my application was lodged in 2010 is that make sense ?
