Tier 5 (Government Authorized Exchange) to Tier 2

Hi,

My company just had a recent job opening and I would like to apply for the position, but tier 5 under GAE are unable to take any permanent roles. How can I apply or secure a tier 2 visa later on. I still have 10 more months to go before my program is over. I am also doing my Masters, but was admitted via tier 5. Is there any way I can switch to Tier 4 to avoid market labour test? - i work in brokerage, i do not think my job is that special for them not to be able to fill the vacancy by someone in the UK/EU

Will the company need to conduct market test for me when I leave the country to apply for tier 2? Also, I am doing my postgraduate - is there any way I can be exempt from the market labour test?

if it is not possible for me to switch to a tier 2, how do I go about applying for a position in the US location of the company. Is l-1 intra company transfer my only option? Thanks!

I hope you can all help. Really struggling as I want to find a way to stay here after my program. After the 12 months, what are ways I can do to find a job in the UK or in the US? thank you.
