free waiver will always get rejected cause there is nothing for the govt. or for the HO. They will find a flaw to refuse the application(appeal) straight away.
make a fresh application to first tier tribunal on human rights. pay a court fees.
collect data material grounds and send it to the court.
it will be better to present your case yourself rather than solicitor. judge are more likely to hear from individual and prove to them that UK is your home.
make your application quick time. if you do not make application you are more likely to be detained.
reasons- no application no grounds. detained and send back to home country.
if you are not threat to the country they might not detain you. but that's a risk.
if you get detained you are more likely to pay heavy bail and solicitor fees to come out of detention center. so its better to make application and save yourself with stress and worries.
