FLR for spouse - English Cert Submitted Question

Good Evening board members

need your help.

i have applied for FLR M Recently but now i have seen some old post where it says that there visa has been refused or granted flr fp instead flr m because of English language certificate was not held in SELT Center

i have submit City & Guilds B2 English Certificate along with with application because as far as i know it's valid until 5th November. also i have seen in HO website as well it's valid until 5th.

my question is

if they decide my application after 5th November can they refuse my application?

was this the right certificate i sent to HO? as i didn't have my passport with me so couldn't apply for latest A1 certificate because Trinity College refused to accept me without original passport or BRP. my both documents is retained my both documents since my previous application.

When was the B2 test done (date)?

I did pass that on 4th January 2014.use that for my tier 4 extension application had no problem visa was granted. Also used that for previous flr fp application on january 2015 and had no probelm.

Can't see it being a problem if it is on the transitional list for tests before 5th November.

Thanks for your quick reply. Shouldn't be any problem but i have seen some posts in this forum not sure what was the post about but it did say about city and guilds. Have you seen any case where flr m has been refused because of B2 certificate.
