Time after visa issue

Hi every one
Just getting confused. Regards. Spouse visa (wife)travel time
I'm planing to apply for her visa this November.
I heard that when the visa issued the wife must travel with in 28 days from the visa been issued
It this true ?
Or is it still the same process as before when you can travel within 3 months ?
Also pls

Any one have info regards. The sponsor letters
I've heard that I must write 2 letters of support if so please can you advice me on how to write them
At the end
Does my wife need to write letter of support of her application or is it just the sponsor ?

The sponsor can write a letter.

The visa in the passport now is valid for 30 days, she will have to travel within that time and collect her BRP card in the UK at the nominated Post Office within 10 days of arrival.

If she needs to travel later, you/she will need to request the visa to be post dated and it can be done up to 3 months.

So it is 30 days Just was planing to apply now and move in April.
So I guess I better wait bit. Then apply

You can only apply for a visa up to 3 months before you intend to travel. It is too early to apply now.

Please search the forum and look at the VAF4A form and guidance notes and then if anything still unclear, feel free to ask.
