pls it wasn't an automated mail.I sent an email to them on the 28 of step for my visa update. This is what I got. However, I received an email before this one that my application is not straightforward and they will continue to work on it and get back to me......
I new help here I want to know if Visa has been granted or refused.
I also tracked my application and no indication that decision has been made.I am very nervous now....
