Visiting Premium Service centres without appointmnet

Post by afzalfinance » Fri Oct 30, 2015 10:04 am

On my appointment day for ILR application at Glasgow Premium Service Centre my case was not decided and have been asked to provide more documents from HMRC and accountant.

The letter from Visa officer states that "It is essential that you use reply in 14 days" I don't know, that if they should have the word USE in this sentence or not?
However my actual query is that is there any option to visit the premium service center to provide the required documents and get a visa immediately, that i paid for?

Their letter never mentioned that what they do mean by reply but generally it would be through post. they are also silent about where to send? In this case i would just send to the same office where i got the appointment.

If this will be the case then I would recommend other friends not to waste £400 extra for a premium service because due to their incompetent staff you would not get the quick service you are paying for. They would ask for an information from HMRC that don't exist and in my case HMRC has given me in written through fax that the requested information only exist at the end of a financial year or once your job is ceased.

please share your experience if any one know that i can still visit them in person.

Thanks and Regards
God help those who help themselves

You will need to send the documents to the address on the letter (if there is one) or to the centre address.

Premium service should only be used when it is a completely straightforward application. If you had self employment and employment as a Tier 1 G, they are well within their rights to ask for more paperwork to check your earnings and tax. The fact that HO is clamping down on this issue is well posted on the forum for many months now.

You will not be able to go to the centre without an appointment or expect to get your visa at that time.
