Time between TLS decision email & ready for collection email

Hi, I am sponsoring my mother in law (Moroccan) who applied for a general visit UK visa. She today received in quick succession 2 emails from TLS Performance application centre - 1 at 15:09 to say a decision has been made and 1 at 15:15 to say the passport is ready for collection.

She has chosen to collect it in person as opposed to courrier.

Is there any indication between the short length of time between the decision email and the collection email?

Do they print the VISA at the centre or at the decision making centre in Paris?

What can i read into this?

They are standard emails. She will only know the outcome when she collects her passport.

However, usually I read people receive these 2 emails 24 hours or plus apart. Why do you think these were sent simultaneously?
