Spouse visa query

Hi everyone I have a question regarding my case that I have applied for spouse visa and my wife is working full time income well over 18600 and we have a child as well but she is claiming housing benefit as she is living on his own in a flat and benefits for the child as well as she was entitled to these benefits after having this income as well.My question is can these benefits effect the case as she is earning the income more than the threshold (18600) and is entitled to these thanks in advance

She can claim what she is entitled to as long as she has declared all her circumstances. For example,if you start working, she will have to notify the benefits office of this.

If she claims tax credits, this MUST be claimed jointly with you (her as main applicant) and child benefit only in her name. Housing benefit a single person rate.

Thanks for the reply my question is for now because she have already applied for my visa (settlement spouse)and claiming housing benefit and child benefit and child tax credit at the same time on her own by telling her all circumstances so can this effect the application that she is claiming these and applying for her spouse at the same time but meeting the financial requirements by her pay plz reply thanks
