Do we need to print the Whole application or just the Checklist??

The whole application is usually required when submitting.

By Post. submitted the application online. but not sure whether to print whole application as it said 'Check list and supporting documents'

See guidance notes below on supporting documents. You need to send the form according to the link, however, I do stand corrected. Perhaps Manci or moonlight55 or one of the other mods could advise/confirm.
