Can I still get married while ma visa process

I have applied for FLR(O) visa and it's under processing. Now I wanted to get married, is it possible for me to get married legally?

Yes, but you will have to give notice to marry at a designated Home Office Registry Office. The Registrar is then legally bound to notify the Home Office of your intention to marry and they can then extend the notification period from 28 to 70 days in order to interview you both if they choose to do so, before the wedding can taken place.

You will need your passport and proof of the right to be in the UK with the right visa (i.e. NOT a visitor visa), to register your intent to marry.

Is it possible to provide them with the copy of the passport and visa since all my original documents are in home office.
