Applying for PR Card - European National

Post by margotvella » Thu Nov 12, 2015 3:17 pm

I have started work on the PR applic, I am Maltese and have been in the UK for 15 years.

Am I right in understanding I dont need to submit biometric info as I'm an EEA national? Also how long would they keep my passport? Would they accept colour copies + birth certificate?

My 2 year old daughter is British is it worth sending in a copy of her Birth Certificate as there is nowhere in the form that asks for any British Dependents other than those belonging to a sponsor. I dont need a sponsor as Im an EEA national right? Besides I am not longer with her father albeit we are still on very good terms.

So far these are all the questions - no doubt I'm going to have more!

Thank you.

Your biometrics will be required to be enrolled in due course.

You can get a steer on current timelines from appropriate thread on the forum.
I think you can apply via NCS (if so you can keep original documents including passport).
You'll have to check on that matter.

British daughter details not required for your PR application.

You don't need a sponsor, you are applying in your own right.

Good luck.

Why have you started another thread in a different forum when you are already receiving responses in the British Citizenship forum.

Please don't create multiple threads. This thread will be locked.
