Visit visa human rights appeal

Hey there I was hoping someone could please help if possible I applied for my hubby's visit visa to visit his children and myself back in September we waited 7 weeks for a decision with no contact at all from decision makers expect one emails just before the timeframe was up stating that they was struggling with making a decision and they would contact within a further 10 working days that never happened I contacted ukvi on a several occasions only for them to be automated emails so then I got mp involved hubby got a decision which was a no due to a number of things we had put in are application that we was happy and settled in are relationship to not have applied for settlement due to the ill Health of his mother but we wished him to visit due to the dangerous situation in his home time and that we didn't think it was safe for his children to visit there reply was if u wanna see your children go to another country I presumed that the sponsor as long has they had a good income and was never in a continuous overdraft you was suitable they faulted us on mine and my dads statements and said that we didn't have enough money to fund him even tho in the last 6 months there had been a total of 12 grand do I appeal or leave this please help

There are no appeal rights for visit visas.

If you are British, it is very unlikely he will be granted a visa and as you have stated that his country is not safe (for his children to visit) this statement doesn't help him as he would be considered a risk of not leaving the UK.

Correct.

But even this, some post are deliberately circumventing it, saying that an application did not make it clear that it raises Human right issue or claim , and they refuse appeal rights as a result.
