Do you anything else which will show strong ties to your home country? Property ownership for example? Entry Officers are very reluctant to issue a visitor visa when the spouse is living in the UK due to the high number of overstayers.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Property is on my mothers name. I am the only child and support of my family. I will be the owner of that property after my mother apart of that I have good job and Leave letter from my employer. Which clearly allows me that i have 15 days vacation and after vacation i must join my job.

I already visited UK two years ago as student and after finishing my study I came back before finishing my visa. Does it helps me to get my visa as my travel history to uk was clear and legal.

It makes no difference how clear your history is. Each time you apply you have to meet the requirement and visitor visas are being scrutinised more closely now and there have been many refusals, particularly spouses of British citizens who want to visit rather than apply for a spouse visa.

So i should apply for spouse visa rather than visit visa?
reason behind the visit visa is my wife's (uk citizen) job.
she switched from one job to other job 4 months ago. as per criteria she have to mention her last 6 month payslips from same employer where i have 6 month pay slips from two employers, we are waiting for 2 more payslips than we apply for spouse visa as it take 3 months after that to get visa, this is very long process so choose tourist visa to meet her once before applying for spouse visa.

please help me to get the right path as i am also very much confused here.

Can she not travel to visit you?

If she has had two employers she can use the 12 month payslips option (think it is category B). Does she (or you) have any savings?
