ILR dependent Visa Requirements form outside EU

Hello All

I just want to know ILR dependent visa requirements, I am getting married soon, want to bring her to UK, i am on ILR , she has B.TECH (Bachelors) and M.Tech (Masters) degress in Engineering from INDIA, does she need to write IELTS or any other tests to prove English language and which visa she need to apply ILR dependent or ILR settlemet. Thanks

There is no ILR dependant visa, she needs a spouse visa, granted for 2.5 years, after that extend for another 2.5 years, then ILR.

Also you'll have to pay the NHS surcharge of £200 per year or part of a year.

Also you will have to pass the finance test, namely earning over £18,600 per year for the last six months, or savings of £62,500, or a combination of both.

+1 what Wanderer said, although an entry clearance is granted for 33 months and health surcharge will be £600.
