Settlement visa for child born in UK-Bank statement 28 days?

Settlement visa for child born in UK-Bank statement 28 days?

I am planning to apply for settlement from India this week for my child born in UK. Myself and my wife have recently been granted ILR and my child who is born in UK is with us now in India.

I am just wondering if I need to provide an original bank statement (to prove maintenance) that is not older than 28 days. Please advise.
