Tier 1 General Dependent Visa outside UK

Dear Friends

Currently, I am on Tier 1 General visa and would like to bring my wife as a dependent from outside UK.

Can any help me what documemts would I need to submit as part of the application.

Also, I am slightly confused about the following

When filling out the online application visa type section which options do I need to select for the following:
i) reason for Visit
ii) visa type
iii) visa sub-type

Also, do I need to complete the sponsorship undertaking SU07 form as part of application process.

Documents Tier 1 General Dependent (Click)

Tier 1 General Dependent Apply Online (Click)

i) reason for Visit Join partner/spouse in the UK (I think)
ii) visa type-Tier 1 General or Tier 1 General Partner
iii) visa sub-type Tier 1 General Partner or Spouse/Wife

Unfortunately, I don't get those options,

For Reason For Visit I get the following options
Visit
Study
Work
Settlement
Transit
Other
Exempt.

I know I don't qualify for Settlement as I am expected to apply for ILR next year so the only sensible option left is work - Do you agree?

Also, I have clarification points around the following questions.

How long do you intend to stay in the UK? Should it be my current visa expiry date?
Does the main applicant have a Certificate of Sponsorship or Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies number?
i) Yes

You cannot choose settlement if you are on a Tier 1 General. Settlement-->settlement-->wife is only applicable if you hold ILR or are a British Citizen

I have been confirmed that we need to select work --> tier 1 general dependent --> wife/partner

Does anyone have a sponsorship letter template that I can use?
