8 months Next step requiry

Hello,
My 2nd application to Permission to Upper Tribunal is refused by Upper Tribunal.
I need 8 months more to reach the 10 year Long Residence route. I am on asylum route at the moment.
How can I manage my next 8 months legally which is able to calculate to continuous 10 years?
Any input is appreciated! Thank you very much for advice!

What are you appealing?

What is your full immigration history (with dates)?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

student visa for 7 years 4 months; then asylum application, refused, appeal until now. During the period, no gap, no overstay.

How to do the next, 8 months is not short for me. :cry:
