Sorry to jump on your post Alam but I don't know how to open my own post... I am just wondering how I can open my own post
Also if anyone can help me pls I am British citizen and married to British citizen I work here in uk and have a son too also I live in a 2 bed apartment.. I want to apply for my father to come visit us in uk he is a business man and has 5 other dependant children living at home with him.. My mom is British too and never been to uk but was born in Hong Kong and had a BNO passport before which she changed to British passport in 2010 in Pakistan in British consulate.. She is a house wife and she is coming with my dad too but she will not need a visa as she is British but my dad as a Pakistani resident will need visa
I was wondering what documents I need to provide for my dad's visa to come visit me with my mom. They are going to stay with me and also I have my brother living in uk as well but he is on work visa so he can't apply for it and my moms 2 brothers and families live in uk too so she has family here that she can stay with they only intend to come for maximum 2 weeks because of my dad business commitments
Do u think it will be too overcrowded if they stay with us for 2 weeks in our 2 bedroom apartment and also me and my husband has joint account and have savings in our bank but we will provide just a place to stay and the rest they will pay for themselves as they will pay for the flights and any travel in uk e.g sight seeing and eating out etc !!
Any help will be much appreciated as I am really stuck at what to do as I never applied for a visa before for them what kind of documents would I need as the rules have changed now so not sure what is letter of invitation !! Also do I need sponsorship letter for him thank you

Have you looked at the basic requirements for a visitor visa?
Standard Visitor Visa (click)Char (CR001 not Casa)
