Tier2 general nurse now on shortage list

Post by titi » Sat Dec 05, 2015 8:51 pm

Hie
I switched my Tier2 General visa in September. I am applying visas for my wife and kids. Which category should I put since nursing is now on shortage list. Should I put Dependent Tier2 shortage

Do I have to do seperate application for the kids or they fall under dependents on wife.

Thank you

Were you issued leave under Tier 2 shortage occupation? No.

Hi
My visa is tier2 general. It was sept before nursing was put on tier2 shortage list. So I have to apply for tier2 general dependents.

Sorry do I do an individual application for everyone or the children are on the wife application and say she will be travelling with them.

Thanks

Does the application form - online or paper, that needs to be used from the country of application - allow inclusion of minors? If yes, then the child(ren) may be included in the wife's application. If not, every applicant needs to apply using a separate form.

I have included minors on her online form where it as if is travelling with any dependents and put passport details. When it comes paying for health charge it says you have no no dependents.

Still confused about tier2 shortage or tier2 general

Let's try again - If you were issued leave under shortage occupation, choose Dependant Tier 2 General shortage occupation. If not, choose Dependant Tier 2 General.

No, the form must ask whether you want to include any minors / dependants in the application - not if any minors are going to travel with the applicant.

This means every applicant (including minors) will need to fil up a separate online form.

Hello
I am in the process of switching employers.I came in 2014 on nursing before it was on shortage list. Now my CoS code shows its on shortage list. Which fee should I pay online. Shortage or as per previous CoS.

Regards
