FLR(M) and dependents

Post by Biohazard » Wed Dec 09, 2015 9:23 am

Hi everybody,

I need some clarification about what is considered dependent children on the FLR form? I give you my situation here: I am married to my british husband we have a daughter together whom got dual citizenship. My husband has other children in the UK , they are all born in britain and british citizen they not living with us they are with their mothers.

In section 4 in the FLR form they ask details about all dependents children including ones who are british and not subject to immigration control. However, they are not my own children they are his. Do we need to provide all their birth certificates and passports for my application? thanks all

4.3 you would answer Yes and then complete the relevant details but you don't need to submit their birth certificates.

Thank you for the answer.
Would be good if we dont need to provide their birth certificates because the ex-partner of my husband does'nt talk to him anymore. For the passport it's the same problem we cannot have them. so for the details in section 4 questions g to k can we write down n/a or not available ?
What can we do?

You can order birth certificates from the GRO.gov website and it takes a couple of days to a week to arrive (more or less).

But no, you don't need to send them and if details are not known, you can write unknown.
