dependent extension of ilr aapplicant

hi everyone i have a question regarding my wife dependend visa extention..my situation is....

came in uk nov 2009
my wife came in sep 2012
visa extention for both in 2013 april for three years
i got ilr in sep 2014 and my wife is still in last dependent visa which is valid till april 2016
we are planning to go on vacation in feb plz guide me which visa i will apply for my wife and when i can apply

Shall we guess what route you took or what visa you were on before you got ILR and what sub category of dependent visa your spouse is on?? Any answer on forms/documents will depend on your dependents visa category.

i was on tier 2 visa i got ilr after ompleting 5 years in tier 2 my wife joined me as tier 2 dependent in 2012 then i changed my job and got new tier 2 visa in 2013 same time my wife got 3 year dependent visa and she is still in same visa which is going to expire in apr 2016, plz suggest me what form and what docs i will need for her visa extention....
