Tier 1 dependent ILR 5 year route with 2 years Tier 2 ICT

Hi All, My husband will be applying for his ILR next year, I am completing 5 years in UK at the same time. However for first 2 years I was on Tier 2 ICT Visa. Past 3 years I had dependent visa for Tier 1. I had applied for dependent visa after 5 year rule was introduced. So question now is can I apply for ILR with 2 years on ICT and 3 years on Tier 1 dependent visa next year? Any guidance from UK GOV links or official inquiry number will be appreciated.

No, you need 5 years in the Tier 1 G dependent category if you had your own Tier 2 ICT visa and not a dependent Tier 2 ICT visa.

You cannot combine the two different period and will need to extend your Tier 1 G dependent visa till you reach 5 years for ILR.
