Switching From Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General

Hi There,
I have searched a lot but could not find a proper answer anywhere. I want to switch my existing VISA category from Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General.
My details are
The 1st time I got the Tier2 ICT Long Term valid from 10th Jan 2011. Unfortunately I could not travel then and enter in UK on 11th April 2011 with the same VISA.

Since then I have extended my ICT Long term 8 times for the same sponsor and the latest extension is till 31st March 2015 which is valid from 14th Nov 2014.

Can anyone please let me know that am I eligible to switch from Tier2 ICT Long Term to Tier2 General for a different sponsor ?

Thanks flr the links.
In my case I have my 1st Visa as Tier 2 ICT Established Staff valid from 20-Jan-2011 but I entered in UK on 11-Apr-2011 which is after 06th Apr 2011.
My concern is Which date UKBA will consider my case?

So is it Tier 2 ICT Long term or Tier 2 ICT Established Staff because you mention both? Two different sub categories so you need to say exactly which one your initial visa says.

My initial visa says it is TIER 2 ICT established staff.

So as My Initial Visa was ICT ESTABLISHED STAFF before 6th April 2011 and since then I have extended so many times within UK with same sponsor, it means I am eligible to switch to Tier2 General
