Regarding IHS Payment

Post by abhishake01 » Sun Dec 20, 2015 12:58 pm

Hi All,

I came to UK on Tier 2 General visa in august 2015, now my wife has also go a job and she has also got Tier 2 general visa, so I wanted to change my visa to dependent. At the time of Tier 2 general visa application I had paid the IHS amount (For 3 Years) so this time while filling the form i mentioned the same IHS reference no with the new application as there was an option to do such. But I received a letter from Home Office saying that I need to pay the IHS amount again. Please let me know if this is the process they follow, for each application they charge IHS ? Thanks in advance.

You have to pay for IHS for every application that you make.
It is your choice to change from PBS migrant to PBS dependant, so there may not be any refund of previous IHS paid. But if there is, it will be paid back to you separately.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!

As far as I am aware, there is no published contact information. See this link (click)

Did you click on the link sushdmehta already provided? Within that link is another link with information.
