HELP NEED ADVICE

Hi, was wondering if anyone could give me some solid advice please. My friend has come from India and has married an indian citizen, she has been married for over a year but its been 6 months since she came to England to live with her husband. She's now found out that her husband is having an affair with not one but two other women..he never comes home and is due to have a baby with one of his girlfriends in a few months.. The poor girl lives with her inlaws who don't treat her nicely. How can she get out of this situation without being sent back to her country? She can't afford to go back as she no longer has any family back home..

No option for her if the marriage is not subsisting (assuming she is on a spouse visa). What is the immigration status of the husband?

Unless she qualifies for a visa in her own right, she will have no other options.
